We're a small operation on the Central Coast of New South Wales, so give us a day or two. If it is urgent, say so in the subject line and we will get to it first.
Before you email
If it is about an order, include your order number. It is in your confirmation email and it saves a round trip.
If something arrived broken, send a photo with it. Glass travels badly sometimes and we would rather fix it than discuss it. We do not ask for the jar back.
If it is a question about heat, allergens or what goes with what, the FAQ answers most of it, and every product page lists its full ingredients.
Trade and wholesale
If you want to stock Plateit, the wholesale enquiry form gets to the right place faster than an email will, and it asks the questions we would have to ask you anyway. We come back with the trade price list within two business days.
