Hot Honey Drizzle

NSW honey, sun-dried chilli, apple cider vinegar. Sweet, sharp, and hot. The vinegar stops it going cloying. The chilli builds slowly after the honey lands.

Pour it over fried chicken, pizza, blue cheese, halloumi.

Chilli honey, and where it goes

Chilli honey is honey with heat in it, and this one stays loose enough to pour.

It goes on at the end, once the pan is off the heat. Over a roast chook. Over a warm brownie, which sounds wrong until you try it.
