Hot Honey Drizzle is NSW honey, sun dried chilli and apple cider vinegar. The vinegar is the part most people miss. It stops the whole thing going cloying and keeps the heat moving. First at Mr Chilli ANZ 2024, second in 2025 and again in 2026.
Truffle'd Hot Honey Drizzle takes the same honey and adds real black truffle. Earthier, slower, stranger. Third at Mr Chilli ANZ 2026.
Both are built for pouring rather than spreading. Fried chicken is the obvious one. Pizza straight from the oven is better. After that, blue cheese, halloumi, roast carrots, or a bowl of good yoghurt if you are feeling brave.
