How it works
Postage is worked out at checkout, by weight and by where it is going. We use Australia Post MyPost Business. There is no flat rate, because a single jar and a case of six do not cost the same to send.
Orders are packed and sent within 3 business days. Most Australian orders land 2 to 8 business days after that. Metro is quicker than regional, and Perth is the long haul from the Central Coast.
Where we ship
Every state and territory in Australia. Beyond that: New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States and Canada. International postage is calculated at checkout the same way, and any duties or import charges are yours to pay.
Returns
Unopened jars can go back within 30 days of arriving. Email info@plateit.io first and we will send you the return address. Return postage is at your cost, and the refund is the purchase price less a 10 percent restocking fee.
Opened jars cannot be returned. It is food, and we cannot resell it.
If something arrives broken
Email info@plateit.io with your order number and a photo. Glass travels badly sometimes. We will make it right without argument.
