Every review here comes from someone who actually bought the jar. They are collected after the order lands, so give it a week or two before yours turns up.
Blunt is fine. The original Chilli Crunch got its texture because the market told us it needed more, more or less unanimously, and the recipe changed. That is still the most useful feedback we have had.
What we do with them
Reviews are the only honest read we get on heat. Our own tolerance is not a useful benchmark, so when enough people say a jar lands hotter or milder than the label suggests, that is worth more than another tasting at our kitchen table.
The same goes for texture and for how far a jar actually goes. Three weeks is roughly what we expect a 180ml jar to last. If yours is empty in one, or still half full after two months, both of those tell us something.

If something arrives broken, or there is a problem that does not belong in a review, email info@plateit.io with your order number. It reaches the same two people who made it, and we would rather sort it directly than have you work around it.
