Shipping
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, every state and territory. Postage is worked out at checkout by weight and destination, through Australia Post.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and sent within 3 business days. Australia Post then takes 2 to 8 business days depending on where you are. Metro is usually quicker.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States and Canada. Postage is worked out at checkout.
The products
Are your products gluten free?
The majority of our range is gluten free. Check individual product pages for allergen information.
Are your products vegan?
Most products are vegan. The hot honeys contain honey and are not vegan. The raspberry vinaigrette also contains honey.
How long do products last?
Best before dates are printed on each jar. Most products have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months unopened. Once opened, refrigerate the hot honeys.
Where are they made?
Everything is made in small batches on the Central Coast of New South Wales.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@plateit.io. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Something arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at info@plateit.io with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out.
Can I return something?
Unopened jars can go back within 30 days. You cover the return postage, and we refund the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. Opened jars can't be returned, for food safety reasons.
