Olive oil, sun-dried chilli, garlic, Italian herbs. Clean and simple. This is a drizzle oil: it soaks in rather than sitting on top, which is exactly what pizza and pasta need.

Finish a Margherita with it. Drag bread through it. Use it on antipasto.

Italian chilli oil is the plain one. No crunch. Olive oil and chilli, and the oil does the work. That is why it suits pizza: it runs into the cheese and the crust takes it up.

Off the pizza, it goes through pasta e ceci and over white beans on toast.

My husband and I love chilli and tried the Bombay Chilli Crunch and Italian Chilli Oil. The flavour and heat in these oils is like nothing we have ever tasted in chilli oils in NZ. Definitely the best chilli oil we have ever had. Highly recommend this product.
