Brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic. A proper BBQ rub with nothing unnecessary in it. The sugar caramelises into a crust. The paprika brings colour and a dry, earthy warmth.

Use it on ribs, pork shoulder, brisket, chicken thighs, roast veg.

Contains mustard. Each jar holds 100g.
