One tray, one oven, no pans to scrub. Salmon and broccolini roast together while the rice steams itself, then Hot Honey Drizzle goes over everything in the last five minutes and caramelises at the edges. A weeknight dinner that looks like effort and isn't.
25 mins. Serves 4.
Ingredients
- 4 x 150g salmon fillets, skin on
- 2 bunches broccolini
- 3 dessertspoons Plateit Hot Honey Drizzle
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Steamed rice, to serve
- 1 lime
- Sesame seeds, to serve
Method
- Oven to 220C. Get the rice on.
- Toss the broccolini in oil on the tray. Sit the salmon on top, skin down. Roast 12 mins.
- Whisk Hot Honey Drizzle with the tamari. Brush it over the salmon and broccolini.
- Back in for 4 to 5 mins until the glaze bubbles and the salmon just gives.
- Serve over rice with lime and sesame. Pour the tray juices over. That's the sauce.
Swap it: Firm white fish or chicken thighs take the same glaze. Thighs need 25 mins before the honey goes on.
