Mustard, fennel, cumin, Hungarian paprika, gochugaru. Mild heat, serious flavour. This rub has a warmth that doesn't overwhelm the protein.

Built for chicken, wings especially, though it does good things on steak, lamb and ribs too. Coat generously, let it sit if you have time, then cook it hard.

Contains mustard. Each jar holds 100g.
